Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Workday Team Leader. This team is responsible to support end-users in their daily use of Workday, monitoring digital processes timeliness and data quality. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients HR Information System landscape and ensure that the Workday platform aligns with the global business needs. This is a permanent position, with direct contract with our client.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote the use of Workday by communicating on Workday features, tips & tricks, and campaigns on a weekly basis through various channels.
- Facilitate a network of Workday Champions at country level to ensure countries develop a high level of expertise and benefit from other countries of best practices.
- Establish daily, weekly and monthly routines to ensure support team discipline in delivering value.
- Manage Workday Support Agents day-to-day support activities, making sure that Workday end-users queries are answered on time and at the appropriate level of quality.
- Ensures cases resolution and status are up to date according to established procedures.
- Facilitate the daily monitoring of Workday processes and data quality, helping Europcar countries achieve Operational Excellence.
- Liaise with countries for cases requiring Local HR involvement.
- Monitor and act on Service Level KPIs to exceed targets.
- Deliver weekly reporting to your stakeholders.
- Ensure your team members develop the required technical skills and behaviors to deliver at the highest standard.
- Be forceful in proposing improvements and additional features to deliver more value at group and country level.
- Be the guardian of our clients Workday Guiding Principles, supporting end-users keeping in mind global and aligned to the company strategic needs.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Internal and External Relationships
- Internal main interactions with function / country HR representatives, and countries leadership teams.
- External Workday, Consulting firm involved in the implementation of Workday.
Previous Experience
- More than 3 years experience in managing similar activities.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM is a plus.
- Business school.
