Our client is an international Financial Institution that is recruiting a Reporting Agency (m/f/d), for the offices in Oeiras.

Your new role

As a reporting agency will be responsible for:

• The Reporting agent acts as the point of contact for creating reports and interacts daily with the client and internal parties to resolve all reporting related queries.  
• Run daily, weekly, monthly, and other regular (CRS / FATAC/ Tax reporting) or ad hoc reports for internal departments or the client. This includes the creation and the setup of new reports.
• Produce reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management Information reporting.
• Monitoring our Estimated cash Flow on daily basis.
• Be the point of contact for Distribution Services on reporting activities.
• Daily contact with our Distribution Services Team in Luxembourg.

  
  

What you'll need to succeed

The Candidate must have a:

• Master or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Management or similiars. 
• English spoken and written (professional level).
• Good skills in excel (Pivot, macros…) and data analysis.
• Have a clear and analytical methodical approach to problem-solving; administrative and organizational skills;
• Meet tight deadlines with initiative and team-oriented spirit;
