& Database Manager (m/f/d).
Your new role
-Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates for various positions within the drinks industry, including but not limited to sales, marketing, production and management roles, utilize various online platforms and keep abreast of industry trends;
-Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, career goals, and cultural fit with client organizations and coordinate with recruitment consultants
-Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and relevant information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
-Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews, drafting correspondence and preparing candidate profiles.
-Generate reports and analytics to track recruitment metrics, including candidate sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill metrics.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, strong organizational skills and a genuine interest in the drinks industry.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
-Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or database management preferred;
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Database management software;
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
